Winner Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Winner or by using any part of the platform — including browsing the game lobby, placing a sports bet, depositing PKR or downloading the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and Winner. If there is any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only. In all other matters, these general terms apply.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open a Winner account and use the platform you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the service:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended Winner account.
• You are providing accurate, truthful and complete registration information.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and are participating voluntarily.

Winner reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity, age or payment method at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or a screenshot of a JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your Winner account. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made and every bonus claimed — regardless of whether you personally initiated that action. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your password with anyone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Winner support immediately. We cannot be held responsible for losses that result from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your account.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• Account details (name, date of birth, payment method) must match the verified documents on file.
• You must notify Winner promptly if your registered contact details change.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.

Winners registered under incorrect details may have withdrawals withheld until verification is complete. Accounts registered with deliberately false information will be closed and balances may be voided.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Winner are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Winner supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in your account cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Raast and Bank Transfer timings depend on the banking institution involved and may take longer during weekends or public holidays. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.

• The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• Winner reserves the right to request verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method — timelines are displayed in the cashier.
• Attempted chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.

Funds deposited into your Winner account are held for gaming purposes. Winner does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee after an extended period of inactivity — notice will be sent to your registered email before any fee is applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Winner offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering counts may differ between game types — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino or table games may contribute less. Check individual offer terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a promotion explicitly permits combining offers.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Winner reserves the right to modify or withdraw a bonus offer at any time, provided players who have already opted in are not retroactively disadvantaged.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Winner's sports betting product covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other markets. The following general betting rules apply across all sports:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Winner reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit maximum stake amounts.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised before the event is settled.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed will be settled according to Winner's sport-specific rules, which are available in the Bet section of the platform.
• In the event of a disputed result or technical error affecting odds, Winner reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play betting is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting. Odds during in-play markets change rapidly; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.

Cricket markets are among the most popular on Winner. PSL match lines, top batsman props, over-by-over totals and player performance markets are all subject to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of DLS method application, weather interruptions or super overs, Winner's cricket-specific settlement rules apply.

7 Casino & Slot Games

Winner's game lobby includes over 500 slot titles and casino games from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Blueprint Gaming and others. All games are operated using certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the game information page.

• Game outcomes are entirely random and independent of previous results.
• Winner is not responsible for software malfunctions caused by the player's device, browser or internet connection. Bets affected by a genuine game provider error will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games as specified by the game provider. Winnings exceeding stated maximum payout limits may be capped accordingly.

Progressive jackpot games accumulate prize pools that are shared across networks operated by the game provider. Winner is not responsible for the size or timing of jackpot payouts — these are governed by the provider's jackpot rules. When a jackpot is won, the prize is credited to the winning player's Winner account in PKR at the prevailing conversion rate, if applicable.
